Kingery, Barker named First Team All-Americans
Cyclone Baseball Freshmen Josh Kingery and Jaxon Barker were named to the NJCAA Division III All-American First Team.
Kingery a Freshman from Atwater, MN earned the All-American honor for his efforts on the mound. Kingery went 8-0 for the Cyclones while throwing 54.1 innings. Josh broke the Cyclone single season strikeout record with 85. He maintained a 2.32 ERA and gave up 14 Earned Runs. While he earned All-American as a pitcher, Kingery was outstanding at the plate as well. Kingery drove in 61 RBI's with 11 Home Runs, 59 hits, and scored 52 runs.
Barker, a Freshman from Grayson, KY earned the All-American honor as a Designated Hitter. Jaxon hit .411 while driving in 63 runs, and scoring 50 runs for the Cyclones. Jaxon hit 16 doubles, 1 triple, and 11 home runs as the Cyclones primary clean up hitter. Barker broke the Cyclones record for Runs Batted in (63) and Hit by Pitch (18).
The Cyclones finished the season 35-11-1 and as Region 13/North Plains District Runner up in the 2026 season.
